Due to recent updates surrounding CV-19 the HOA Community Yard Sale was postponed and rescheduled to July 9th, 2021. Homeowners wishing to participate may post a sign in the front yard of the property from that Friday for the one weekend. Please ensure all yard sale signs are removed by Sunday evening to include any signs posted on lamp posts, street corners etc. Thank you.
All meetings and events are open to Owners unless otherwise noted. During inclement weather, contact Hammersmith to see if the meeting or event has been cancelled, rescheduled, etc.
