Museum Residences is an architectural crown jewel located in the Golden Triangle neighborhood in the heart of Denver. It consists of 55 residences in a 7 story, 126,000 sq. ft. condominium building. The striking building was designed by world renowned architect, Daniel Libeskind, and finished in 2007. His signature work in Denver is the Hamilton Building, the iconic addition to the Denver Art Museum.
The dynamic “Golden Triangle” neighborhood contains a number of Denver’s premier cultural institutions such as, the Denver Art Museum, Colorado History Museum, Clyfford Still Museum, Kirkland Museum of Fine and Decorative Art, and the Denver Central Library. It is also a hub for unique restaurants, clubs, retail, and galleries. Residents living in the Golden Triangle are within walking distance to downtown venues and links to the public bus system, light rail and the Cherry Creek Bike Trail.
