Hummingbird Heights is situated like a crown jewel in the heart of Denver. Located on the block between 1st and 2nd Avenue, the celebrated mixed-use building includes retail, residential, and office space, all over two levels of underground parking. The building features two architecturally striking buildings separated by a mid-block drive aisle. At the southern corner of the block on 2nd and 3rd, 80,000 square feet of single- and multi-tenant office space will sit in seven stories above ground floor retail. The north end of the site will house 80 condominium residences over 30,000 square feet of retail space that extends along 2nd and onto 3rd Avenue.

The vision for this project began years ago. An interactive, ongoing collaboration between the development partners and the neighborhood resulted in a final design that creates an unforgettable facade, with a terrace effect from top to bottom. This unique stair-step exterior allows the building to blend seamlessly into the fabric of the neighborhood, celebrating its unique character while providing a truly remarkable living, working, shopping and dining experience.
